Ordering:

1.How do I place an order.?

Enter snacksbazzar.com  navigate through our products and click on the product you wish to buy.You will be directed to the confirm order page, choose the delivery address, select the type of payment and number of quanity of the product you wish to buy.After selecting all the required criteria  click ‘place my order.

2.How do I cancel my order?
  • Visit the ‘my orders’ tab in our website.
  • Your order details will be displayed, click on ‘cancel order’
  • You will be redirected to cancel order page, enter the reason on why You want to cancel your order and click OK
  • You will receive an email or message regarding your cancellation.
3.How much will be refunded after I cancel the order?
  1. If you cancel the order before its been shipped, 100% of cash will be refunded.
  2. If you cancel the order after its been shipped, you will be refunded with the amount you paid, deducting shipping charges.
4.How will I receive my Order?
  •  We will ship your product to the address you have furnished. We have linked up with reputed courier companies, to deliver your products at your doorstep.
  • All orders will be delivered in sealed packages to protect your goods and make sure that they reach you in perfect condition.
5.My money has been deducted from my Debit card (Debit,credit,net banking) but my order hasn’t been placed.
  • If your card is debited by mistake, don’t panic at all!
  • Please check your bank/credit card account – Has it been deducted? If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 days.
  • The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to confer this. Please check with your bank for further details.
  • If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we will initiate refund within 2 days of your request.
  • The expected timelines are as below:
  • Net-Banking – 7 business days
  • Debit Card /Credit Card – 7 business days.
6. How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

When your order is confirmed:

  • A email and text message will be sent to your registered email id and phone number
  • You can also check the order in the “My Accounts” tab.

 

Payments:

1.How do I make payment using EMI (Credit Card) option?
  • To use EMI payment option –
  • Add the product you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • On the payment page, select EMI (Credit Card) from the options
  • Select your Credit Card certified bank from the list of banks and click on ‘Proceed to Payment’
  • You have to select the plan duration (3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months). The interest rate, monthly EMI and total interest paid will then be displayed.
  • Enter your Credit Card details & continue.
2.How do I pay for my COD order?
  • You will be able to pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card if the delivery man is carrying ‘card swipe machine’.
  • In compliance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, our delivery executives will be unable to accept Rs. 500 (old) and Rs. 1000 notes effective 09 November, 2016.
3.What methods of Payment do you accept?

-For certain products with high value, only prepaid option is available.

4.What is EMI payment option?

EMI is a payment option which allows you to pay for the order in monthly installments. So if you are running out of money then you don’t have to worry, you can enjoy a amazing Shopping Experience with us. The EMI Option is available only on credit cards issued by following banks:

  • SBI
  • Axis
  • HDFC
  • HSBC
  • ICICI
  • IndusInd
  • Kotak
  • Yes Bank

The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed during the payment process.

5. What if my credit card issuing bank is not EMI applicable?
  • In case bank rejects EMI conversion, customer needs to pay full amount to the bank. Providing EMI facility is at discretion of the bank. In case of any doubts, please visit your bank.

  • You can track your order after confirming your order by clicking on the “Track      My Order’ tab.

Return:

1.How do I return a product?

In case you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, you can raise a return request with us on our website.

To return a product in your order, just follow the simple steps below:

  • Sign in to your account on our website
  • Click the ‘My orders’ tab
  • Open your order details and click ‘Return’

Just follow the simple steps that are displayed in the box and a return request will be raised.

2.What is Jabong’s Return/ Exchange policy?

Jabong offers a ’10 DAYS FREE RETURN SERVICE’. The policy allows customers to raise the return request of a product within 10 days of its delivery.

CHECKLIST:

  1. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
  2. Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.

1.What to do if I have forgotten my password?
  • If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please CLICK HERE to reset your password.
2.Do I need to type my address everytime I order?
  • No! You don’t need to type your address every time you place an order! Your address once used will be saved in My Account -> addresses link.  You can go to your saved addresses and alter your Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address.You can also add more addresses using ‘Add a new address’ button.
3. Will I get alerts on new arrivals, deals and discounts?
  • You’ll be notified of all the offers via emails and text messages sent to your registered email id.
