Delivery and Returns

Shipment Time:

The order placed by you on our website will take approximate 1 to 3 working days  for the shipment. It may be shipped earlier based on the availability of the products.

Transit Risk:

The shipment sent by us are fully insured. In case of loss of the shipment while ‘in transit’, snacksbazzar will re-process the order without any additional charges.

Delay in Shipment:

The time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative (1-3 working days) and those are approximate values only.

Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur.

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as Bazzar Money credit will be give to customer as part of the Customer Satisfaction Program and the same can be used for future orders.

If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping we will notify you to through telephone call and email registered with us.

However the dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.

We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.

In some cases we may offer an refund for unfulfilled part of the order.


We have 12 to 48 hours of return policy. You can get a full refund of your order value, if intimated within 12 to 48 hours of delivery.

Sweets / Snacks / Cakes / Chocolates  –  within 12 hours from receiving the parcel.

Masala Powders/ Oils and Groceries – Within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or mishandled.
