Q1. How can I cancel my whole order?

Answer – To cancel the orders you have to connect to our Customer Support desk at +91-422-4510103.

The orders can be cancelled up to 6pm of the same day and orders placed after 6 PM can be cancelled up to 6pm of the next working day.

We will try our best to accommodate your request depending on the processing level of your order.

Q2. How can I cancel certain items from my order?

Answer – You can cancel any product from your order before it has been dispatched.

Q3. What can I do if an item received is defective (broken/leaked/ expired)?

Answer – We believe in perfection. In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it to our delivery person at the time of delivery (or) contact our customer support desk at +91-422-4510103 (or) [email protected] and we will do the needful.

We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. Products purchased can be returned as follow:

Sweets / Snacks / Cakes / Chocolates  –  within 12 hours from receiving the Parcel
Masala Powders/ Oils and Groceries – Within 48 hours of delivery

Q4. What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?

Answer – The amount will be refunded to you in the form of Bazzar Money, which you can use as store credit for your future purchases.

In case of credit card / debit card / net banking payments, the money can also be refunded to your account within 3-7 working days.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment received.
